Where is my order?

Upon placement of an order, your item (s) will be processed for shipping, and you will receive an email confirmation. Please use tracking number with details via www.usps.com.

How can I exchange or return an item purchased online?

We do not offer refunds for return items unless placements are incorrect due to our error. In this case, we will process a return within 10 days of receipt of item (s) provided item (s) are in its original state. Examples: not worn, damaged, washed, etc.

Items are eligible for exchange based on availability of stock or can be exchanged for another item (in its original state and not altered).
